Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, promosi, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada tempat kursus di Segno Music Course Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner (angket). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden murid Segno Music Course Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji hipotesis. Dengan bantuan software SPSS for window versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (2) promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (4) Lokasi, promosi, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
