Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk , kualitas pelayanan dan word of mouth terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Bengkel Dua Putra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 40 responden yang merupakan pelanggan di Bengkel Dua Putra. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Bengkel Motor Dua Putra. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Bengkel Motor Dua Putra. Word of mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Bengkel Dua Putra. Secara simultan kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifkan terhadap minat beli konsumen Bengkel Motor Dua Putra
