Abstract

There are many studies to improve students' creative thinking skills through problem-based learning models, but no one has analyzed the results of the research that has been done. This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning models on students' creative thinking abilities. This study uses a meta-analysis method with a sample size of 14 journal articles. The results of the meta-analysis research show that the effect of the problem-based learning model on the ability to think creatively has ES (Effect Size) with high criteria and if you look for the average of all learning models, the average value of ES=1,26 (high effect).
