Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem yang dapat mengklasifikasikan jenis rambut dan memberikan rekomendasi bahan aktif sampo secara otomatis. Sistem menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan arsitektur MobileNetV2 untuk mengidentifikasi jenis rambut berdasarkan citra yang diunggah pengguna, serta metode Content-Based Filtering (CBF) berbasis Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dan Cosine Similarity untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi bahan aktif sampo yang sesuai. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik berdasarkan pengujian Black Box Testing. Model MobileNetV2 yang digunakan memperoleh nilai accuracy sebesar 91%, precision sebesar 90%, recall sebesar 90%, dan F1-score sebesar 90%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sistem berhasil mengklasifikasikan jenis rambut dan memberikan rekomendasi bahan aktif sampo sesuai dengan karakteristik rambut pengguna secara otomatis.
