Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem keamanan siber berbasis Hybrid Ensemble Learning yang menggabungkan algoritma Isolation Forest, K-Means, dan Random Forest untuk mendeteksi anomali pada lalu lintas jaringan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menangani serangan siber tingkat lanjut seperti zero-day attacks dan Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) yang sulit dikenali oleh metode deteksi berbasis tanda tangan. Metode majority voting digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil deteksi dari setiap model agar meningkatkan akurasi dan mengurangi tingkat false positive. Pengujian menggunakan dataset CSE-CIC-IDS2018 menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berhasil mencapai akurasi 99,9% dengan peningkatan performa yang signifikan dibandingkan algoritma tunggal. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan hybrid ensemble mampu memberikan sistem deteksi yang lebih adaptif, efisien, dan andal dalam menghadapi ancaman siber modern.
