Abstract
Abstarct The pineapple peeler used to slice the pineapple is cylindrical in shape. The main objevtive of this design is to implement a pineapple peeler system to system to overcome the challenges faced by small and medium enterprises, the resulting system will minimize the time needed to operate the pineapple. From an engineering point of view, the ergonomic issues relevant to stripping have been discussed. The concept of a pineapple peeler has a cylindrical blade which is used to peel flesh of the pineapple. The benefit of this installed pineapple peeler is for the outer surface of the pineapple. Before starting the device, the pineapple is installed in the engine mount. Therefore, the first cut is to remove the outer skin of the pineapple using the top and bottom knife into 2 parts, after that the pineapple passes through the cylindrical knife and goes to the next process. This machine works well and improves the performance of peeling pineapples with the test result of 2.5 kg with pineapples taking 20 seconds
