Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan revolusi dalam pemasaran yang memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mempromosikan produk, layanan, atau merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami strategi digital marketing Abaz’Se dalam memasarkan Leopard Gecko dan produk terkait. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Abaz’Se memanfaatkan media sosial, khususnya TikTok dan Facebook, untuk menyebarkan konten visual dan edukatif seperti foto produk, video, serta panduan PDF. Strategi ini efektif dalam menarik minat, membangun kepercayaan, dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen, terutama pemula. Dukungan algoritma media sosial serta komunitas pecinta reptil memperkuat promosi melalui word-of-mouth. Konsumen menyarankan peningkatan kualitas konten dan ekspansi ke lebih banyak platform digital. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan digital marketing memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemasaran Abaz’Se, walaupun masih terdapat peluang untuk pengembangan strategi yang lebih inovatif dan menyeluruh.
