Abstract

ABSTRAK Yunita Afifatus Syafa’ah. 2020. ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU POST PARTUM DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT (STUDI LITERATUR). Tugas Akhir, D-III Keperawatan, FIKS UN PGRI Kediri. Post partum atau puerperium adalah masa atau waktu sejak bayi dilahirkan dan plasenta keluar lepas dari rahim, sampai enam minggu berikutnya, disertai dengan pulihnya kembali organ organ yang berkaitan dengan kandungan, yang mengalami perubahan seperti pelukan dan lain sebagainya berkaitan saat melahirkan. Tujuan melakukan studi literatur ini untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan ibu Post Partum dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi literatur dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil evaluasi antara 3 kasus nyata dan teori tidak terdapat kesenjangan karena masing-masing diagnosa masalah yang terjadi masih sudah teratasi. Terdapat persamaan yaitu untuk tindakan terapi relaksasi nafas dalam dapat menurunkan skala nyeri. Percepatan penurunan skala nyeri juga tergantung dari repon dari setiap klien. Hasil studi literatur ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka kejadian nyeri pada luka episiotomi dari tahun ke tahun. Final Project, D-III Nursing, FIKS UN PGRI Kediri. Post Partum or Puerperium is a period since the baby is born and the placenta comes out of the womb until six weeks later, accompanied by recovery of organs related to the womb, which experienced change such as hug and other related during childbirth. The purpose of conducting this literature study was to determine the nursing care of Post Partum mothers with pain nursing problems. This research uses the design of literature studies with the method collection of library data and processing research materials. The results of the evaluation between 3 real cases and theory there isn’t a gap, because each diagnosis of the problems has resolved. There is an equation for acts of deep breath relaxation therapy that can reduce the pain scale. The acceleration of pain decreases also depends on the response of each client. The results of this literature study can increase knowledge and expected to reduce the incidence of pain in episiotomy wounds from year to year. Keywords: Puerperium, Post Partum, Episiotomy, Pain
