Abstract

Agnes Dwi Putri Kartika : Loan Interest of KUR at PT. Pegadaian UPC Trenggalek: The Role Of Cross Selling, Word Of Mouth, And Social Media. Laporan Penelitian, Manajemen, FEB UNP Kediri, 2024. Kata kunci : Cross Selling, Word of Mouth, Social Media, Minat Pinjam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh cross selling, word of mouth, dan social media secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat pinjam kredit usaha rakyat (KUR) di PT. Pegadaian UPC Trenggalek. Penelitian ini meruapakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi dari penelitian ini seluruh nasabah di Pegadaian UPC Trenggalek, instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang melibatkan 140 responden nasabah KUR di Pegadaian UPC Ttrenggalek.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunkan simpel random sampling, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan cross selling, word of mouth, dan social media berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pada minat pinjam KUR di Pegadaian UPC Trenggalek. Diharapkan peneliti berikutnya dapat mengidentifikasi permasalahan baru dan memperluas jumlah responden untuk meningkatkan validitas statistik dan generalisasi hasil penelitian.
