Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan konveksi GM Sport. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif digunakan adalah penelitian assosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan konveksi GM Sport. Sampel ditentukan 96 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS for windows versi 25.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, pelayanan dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan konveksi gm sport. Selain itu, kualitas produk, pelayanan dan harga secara simultan mengalami pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan konveksi gm sport.
