Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem grading kualitas buah mangga berbasis multimodal dengan menggabungkan fitur citra dan sensor gas menggunakan Bayesian Neural Network (BNN). Sistem dibangun menggunakan sensor MQ-135 untuk memperoleh nilai delta gas, OpenCV untuk mengekstraksi fitur area dan hue median, pretrained MobileNetV2 untuk memperoleh fitur visual yang kemudian direduksi menggunakan Principal Component Analysis (PCA), serta antarmuka berbasis Next.js. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh modul sistem berhasil diimplementasikan dan berfungsi sesuai dengan perancangan. Pengujian nonfungsional menunjukkan konfigurasi terbaik diperoleh pada learning rate 0,01, epoch 200, dan optimizer NAdam dengan akurasi mencapai 93%, sedangkan pengujian 5-Fold Cross Validation menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 93,75%. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu melakukan grading kualitas buah mangga secara otomatis, objektif, dan konsisten dengan memanfaatkan integrasi fitur visual dan sensor gas.
