Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui strategi terhadap penyesuaian harga bahan baku pada produksen tempe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif meliputi wawancara, dan observasi. Variabel penelitian adalah dampak kenaikan harga bahan baku dan strategi produk tempe. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara kepada pemilik UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak kenaikan harga bahan baku mempengaruhi produsen tempe mengurangi ukuran tempe, strategi produk tempe yang dilakukan produsen tempe yaitu berkeliling antar desa ke desa dan menyetorkan ke rumah makan. Bahan baku utama pembuatan tempe jika harganya naik banyak produen yang mengeluh dengan harga yang tinggi sehingga laba yang didapatkan sedikit dan tidak bisa menaikkan harga tempenya.
