Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh audit MSDM, motivasi kerja , dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian meliputti 40 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS wimdows versi 23. Hasil penelitian secara parsial audit MSDM dan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan audit MSDM, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
