Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors that affect employee productivity. This research was conducted at Ikat Weaving ATMB Kediri. Employee productivity is the dependent variable in this study, while the independent variables are motivation, work environment and knowledge sharing. The data obtained from the employees of Ikat Weaving ATMB Kediri. The number of samples is 70 employees with purposive sampling technique. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis with a confidence level of 5% to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the research t indicate that the variables of motivation, work environment and knowledge sharing partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the variables of motivation, work environment and knowledge sharing simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. The results adjusted for R Square show a value of 0.769 meaning that the magnitude of the influence of motivation, work environment and knowledge sharing on employee work productivity is 76.9%. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Knowledge Sharing, And Employee Productivity Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Tenun Ikat ATMB Kediri. Produktivitas kerja karyawan merupakan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan variabel independen adalah Motivasi, Lingkungan kerja dan Knowledge Sharing. Data diperoleh dari karyawan Tenun Ikat ATMB Kediri. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan knowledge sharing secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan knowledge sharing secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil adjusted R Square menunjukkan nilai 0,769 artinya bahwa besarnya pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan knowledge sharing terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 76,9%. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Knowledge Sharing, Dan Produkvitas Kerja Karyawan.
