Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji hubungan (korelasi) antara variabel kualitas produk, variabel kualitas pelayanan dan variabel kepuasan konsumen di Kedai Romo Kopi Kediri sebagai objek penelitian. Kedai Romo Kopi satu dari banyak kedai kopi yang ada di Kabupaten Kediri. Kedai Romo Kopi beralamat di Jalan Harinjing 128, Kepung Barat, Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 individu dari berbagai usia dan jenis kelamin. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa variabel kualitas produk sebagai X1 dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai X2, baik secara parsial (terpisah) maupun bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh besar terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (Y).
