Abstract
Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk mengetahui manajemen saat event HUT senam tera Indonesia di Kota Kediri untuk menunjang suksesnya acara bagiamana dalam proses fungsi manajemen, dan bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, hanya menggunakan satu variabel peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan prosedur pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kepada panitia hari ulang tahun senam tera Indonesia (STI), terawan terawati. Peneliti akan mendeskripsikan manajemen event HUT senam tera Indonesia di Kota Kediri Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh bahwa manjemen event hari ulang tahun senam tera Indonesia di Kota Kediri sudah berjalan dengan baik. bahwa dalam upaya fungsi manajemen terdapat adanya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan yang sudah di jalankan dengan baik. hal ini dapat di lihat bahwa pada fungsi manajemen.
