Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan atlet putra remaja klub Brawijaya Athletics Center Kota Kediri dalam cabang lompat jauh menunjukkan perlunya penerapan program latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan performa mereka, salah satunya melalui latihan lompat kijang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan lompat kijang terhadap hasil lompat jauh Atlet Putra remaja klub atletik brawijaya athletics Center Kota Kediri.
