Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem prediksi waktu promosi yang tepat untuk platform top-up game Rennstore. Sistem ini menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk mempelajari pola pembelian pengguna berdasarkan hari dan jam transaksi. Data transaksi yang digunakan berasal dari database Rennstore dan diolah untuk mendapatkan informasi waktu pembelian yang paling sering dilakukan. Hasil dari model ini digunakan untuk merekomendasikan hari dan jam terbaik untuk melakukan promosi. Sistem ini dibangun dalam bentuk website menggunakan framework Flask dan dilengkapi dengan fitur unggah data, visualisasi hasil, serta ekspor laporan. Berdasarkan pengujian, sistem mampu memberikan prediksi dengan akurasi sebesar 76% dan F1-Score sebesar 74%, serta seluruh fitur berjalan dengan baik tanpa kendala.
