Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kelengkapan produk secara individu dan kolektif mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di Supermarket Berkah Mandiri Mojo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik yang digunakan adalah kausalitas. Populasi pelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Supermarket Berkah Mandiri Mojo dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan rumus lemeshow dan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan kelengkapan produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kelengkapan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
