Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengimplementasi penerapan digital marketing melalui media sosial Instagram, sebagai bentuk strategi pemasaran dan perkembangan bisnis, dengan menerapkan analisa Segmenting Targeting Positioning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian pada media sosial instagram. Data informasi yang diperoleh bersumber dari wawancara dengan supervisor serta content creator selaku pihak penanggung jawab pada Toneeto’s Kitchen & Coffee, serta data dokumentasi kunjungan pengguna akun instagram (instagram analystic) pada media sosial instagram Toneeto’s Kitchen & Coffee. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian, menunjukkan keberhasilan implementasi digital marketing melalui media sosial instagram Toneeto’s Kitchen & Coffee. Keberhasilan tersebut disebabkan oleh beragam kreatifitas pada postingan media sosial Instagram Toneeto’s Kitchen & Coffee yang telah menarik minat pelanggan untuk mengunjungi akun Instagram, serta penerapan segementasi pasar berdasarkan Segmenting Targeting Positioning yang tepat, sehingga berpengaruh dalam kenaikan jumlah pelanggan yang berkunjung pada Toneeto’s Kitchen & Coffee.
