Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh banyaknya kriteria (nama, harga, stok,kode). Memilih spare part motor dengan kriteria tersebut, pengguna/pembeli akan kesulitan dalam menentukan spare part motor dan tipe sesuai yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan pembeli dalam memilih spare part motor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan sehingga dapat membantu konsumen dalam pembelian spare part berdasarkan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah system pendukung keputusan spare part motor dibuat menggunakan microsoft excel. Implementasi AHP pada sistem pendukung keputusan tersebut menghasilkan nilai total alternatif pada setiap kriteria berbeda-beda. Kriteria barang dengan nilai nama (90%), harga barang (70%),Stok (50%) dan code (30%) menjadi prioritas utama dalam pemilihan spare part motor pada system tersebut.
