Abstract

DANTY HALIMATUSIAM :Analisa Perbandingan Perawatan Mesin Perajang Lontongan Kerupuk Menggunakan Metode Ismo dan Preventive Maintenance,Skripsi, Progam Studi Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas NusantaraPGRI Kediri, 2023 Perawatan adalah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan. Tujuan perawatan yakni untuk menjaga kualitas pada tingkat yang tepat untuk memenuhi produksi dan supaya kegiatan produksi tidak terganggu. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perawatan yang sesuai dengan mesin perajang lontongan kerupuk dengan menggunakan perbandingan ISMO dan preventive maintenance. Pelaksanaa perawatan ISMO dengan terbagi menjadi inpeksi, small repair, medium repair dan overhoul didapatkan hasil selama 5 tahun periode dengan jumlah inspesksi 7 kali, small repair 4 kali, medium repair 2 kali dan overhoul 1 kali. Sedangkan perawatan preventive maintenance didaptkan hasil mendeteksi kerusakan kemudian dilakukannya pencegahan dan kemudian dilakukannya perbaikan dengan mengganti alat atau komponen yang sudah rusak. Perwatan mesin perajang lontongan kerupuk menggunakan metode ISMO dikarenakan siklus perawatan yang sudah runtut dan terjadwal Kata Kunci: Lontongan Kerupuk, ISMO, Preventive Maintenance, Perawatan mesin
