Abstract

Counseling guidance as an integral education system, is inseparable from the influence of the development of information technology. Progress of information becomes an important aspect to see the development of a country. Indonesia as a developing country must have the competence of maintenance good information technology. Innovation is needed so that service activities can be done more efficiently and in accordance with existing progress. The lack of professional counselors and the lack of innovative media development provides its own constraints, especially in the activities of providing information services. Nevertheless, the principle of effectiveness and efficiency views the need for a solution to assist the counselor in his or her service activities. The solution in question is a graphics-based information technology in an effort to increase innovation in universities. Utilization of technological advances, especially graphic media that has been widely understood by all circles, including college student. The basic features possessed by graphic media have the potential to be used to speed up information delivery activities
