Abstract

Targeted national economic development can accelerate increased income and employment opportunities, originating from internal and external factors of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of net working capital that affects the level of liquidity in Cigarette Companies Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 period. This study uses two variables: net working capital (independent variable) and liquidity (dependent variable). The research technique used was ex post facto, while the research approach was descriptive quantitative. Data analysis uses consolidated balance sheet reports and income statements to calculate net working capital and liquidity levels.The conclusion of the results of this study is that PT GudangGaramTbk in 2014-2017 the level of liquidity at the current ratio was 1.62 times, 1.77 times, 1.94 times, 1.94 times and the speed ratio was 0.16 times, 0.22 times, 0,20 times, 0,26 times. PT Handijaya Mandala SampoernaTbk in 2014-2017 the level of liquidity at current ratio is 1.53 times, 6.57 times, 5.23 times, 5.27 times and fast ratio 0.25 times, 2.37 times, 2.21 times , 2.49. PT WismilakIntiMakmurTbk in 2014-2017 the level of liquidity at the current ratio was 2.27 times, 2.89 times, 3.39 times, 5.36 times and a fast ratio of 0.56 times, 0.66 times, 0.74 times , 1,20 times.
