Abstract

This research aims to describe the Capacity Building in effort to enhance the quality of graduates. The results show that Capacity Building of lecturers consists of : 1) there is improvement in educational qualification and academical position 2) Educational and teaching field; a) KKNI oriented curriculum workshop along with devices. 3) Research field : a) Proposal traning of Dikti, b) Training to entry the journals and proceedings to national or international levels. 4) Community service field: a) Proposal training of Dikti. b) Thematic Posdaya KKN training in Damandiri foundation. 5) Academical supports field: 1) Seminar and external courses (call paper). Conversely, Capacity Building of students covers: 1) Academical guidance. 2) The guidance of organization, interests, and talents. 3) Facility of students’ organization. Differently, Capacity Building of Institutional Study consists of: 1) The revisement of governance through the implementation of Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) . 2) Arrangement of vision, mision, goals, objectives, and work programs. 3) Guarantee of internal quality course. Lastly, Capacity Building of Study Program Networks covers: 1) Reviewer of accreditation. 2) Reviewer of research grants. 3) Reviewer of hibah community service. 4) UMKM to practice entrepreneurship courses. 5) School for PPL 2. 6) Damandiri foundation for Thematic Posdaya KKN
