Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Bengkel Mobil Anugerah Kertosono. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode eksplanatori dengan 40 responden yang merupakan pelanggan bengkel tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Artinya, ketiga faktor ini berperan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pelanggan di bengkel tersebut. Bengkel Anugerah Kertosono dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan menjaga harga yang kompetitif, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, dan membangun kepercayaan pelanggan.
