Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pemilik UMKM mengenai optimalisasi pemasaran digital sehingga dapat mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan metode wawancara (kualitatif).Hasil dari menerapkan Pemasaran Digital dan pengembangan produk usaha UMKM Pawon Encus mampu meningkatkan daya tarik pembeli. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan waktu.untuk pengambilan sampel karena pemilik produk UMKM sangat sulit untukme
