Abstract
This study is aimed to see how intervention on micro teaching can be improved through the use of constructivism strategies. Components of strategies include identification of elementary school students attitude. Learning environments are adjusted in response to the teaching models using constructivism strategies. The subject of this study is 10 students conducting micro teaching in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Nusantara PGRI (UNP) Kediri. The design of this study is Classroom Action Research. The study discovered that arrangement of learning environment using constructivism model can improve learning mastery. Learning process is more effective and more meaningful. Learners are motivated to participate in the classroom using their own wants and creativities.
