Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konumen Kopi Noesa Surabaya. Eksplorasi. inii merupakani penelitian studi dengan rencana kerja sama. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen Kopi Noesa Surabaya. Uji coba dalam eksplorasi ini menambah hingga 170 pelanggan. Strategi pemerolehan informasi tersebut menggunakan survei yang telah teruji keabsahan dan kualitas yang tak tergoyahkan. Prosedur pemeriksaan informasi dalam eksplorasi ini berbeda relaps. Hasil eksplorasi inii menunjukkani bahwai kualitasi prouk, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsii hargai berpengaruhi positiff dan masif terhadapi pemenuhan pembeli Kopi Noesa Surabaya.
