Abstract

Abstract Colol Village in East Manggarai Regency has long been known as a coffee-producing area, once named the best coffee in a coffee contest organized by the Association of Indonesian Coffee Exporters and Industry, Colol Arabica Coffee is very unique, has a distinctive aroma and has a different taste from coffee in the area. -other areas such as in Java. However, the reality is that currently there are not many Colol coffees found in other areas, both Java and its surroundings. Even though it should be with the advantages it has, Colol coffee can compete with coffees in other regions, especially Java. This is the reason researchers want to research about Colol abika coffee. This qualitative approach research uses descriptive methods. This study discusses the differentiation analysis of Colol Arabica coffee to create a competitive advantage in the Java market. With Research statement; 1) How is Colol arabica coffee differentiated? 2) What is the competitive advantage of Colol arabica coffee? The purpose of this study was to determine the differentiation of Colol arabica coffee and the competitive advantage of Colol arabica coffee. Keywords; Coffee Differentiation Analysis, Competitive Advantage Abstrak Desa Colol di Kabupaten Manggarai Timur sejak lama dikenal daerah penghasil kopi, perna dinobatkan sebagai kopi terbaik dalam kontes kopi yang diselenggarakan oleh Asosiasi Eksportir dan Industri kopi Indonesia, Kopi Arabika Colol sangat unik memiliki oroma yang khas dan memiliki citarasa yang berbeda dengan kopi yang ada didaerah-daerah lain seperti di Jawa. Namun, kenyataannya saat ini belum banyak ditemukan kopi Colol di daerah-daerah lain baik Jawa dan sekitarnya. Padahal seharusnya dengan keunggulan yang dimiliki, kopi Colol bisa bersaing dengan kopi-kopi di daerah lain khususnya Jawa. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan peneliti ingin meneliti tentang kopi abika Colol. Penelitian pendekatan kualitatif mengunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Analisis diferensiasi kopi arabika Colol untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing di pasar Jawa. Dengan pernyataan Penelitian; 1) Bagaimana diferensiasi kopi arabika Colol? 2) Bagimana keunggulan bersaing kopi arabika Colol? Tujuan untuk mengetahui diferensiasi kopi arabika Colol serta keunggulan bersaing kopi arabika Colol.
