Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset secara parsial ? (2) Bagaimana current ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset secara parsial ? (3) Bagaimana debt to equity ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset secara parsial ? (4) Bagaimana perputaran modal kerja, current ratio dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on asset secara simultan ?. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan Sub Sektor Konstruksi Bangunan yang terdaftar di Pasar Modal Indonesia pada periode tahun 2017-2021 dengan jumlah sebanyak 20 Perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang dipergunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 9 perusahaan dengan periode tahun 2017-2021. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis memberikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap variabel Return on Asset secara parsial. (2) Current Ratio berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap variabel Return on Asset secara parsial. (3) Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap variabel Return on Asset secara parsial. (4) Perputaran Modal Kerja, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset secara simultan.
