Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajamen talenta, perekrutan dan pengembangan karyawan di Belikopi.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dan merupakan jenis peneltian study kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang tim manajemen belikopi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik triagulasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi manajemen talenta, perekrutan dan pengembangan yang ada di Belikopi belum maksimal karena belum adanya roadmap aturan tertulis perihal manajemen talenta dan implementasinya.
