Abstract

Dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes dan Matrix Confusion, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemilihan supplier pada Swalayan Laylia. Ketidakkonsistenan kualitas produk, keterlambatan pengiriman barang, dan harga yang berbeda-beda adalah masalah yang dihadapi swalayan Laylia. Dengan menggunakan data dari transaksi pemesanan produk sebelumnya, penelitian ini menganalisis dan memprediksi supplier yang tepat.
