Abstract

Ainul Mushoffa Al Arifin : Rancang Bangun Rangka Pengering Kedelai Tempe Sistem Spinner Berkapasitas 30 kg, Skripsi, Teknik Mesin, FTIK UN PGRI Kediri, 2024. Abstrak—. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang mesin pengering kedelai untuk UMKM tempe, guna meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan rangka mesin yang terbuat dari besi siku 30x30x3 mm dan 40x40x4 mm sebagai pembanding simulasi (Astm A 36 Stell). Analisis kekuatan rangka dilakukan menggunakan simulasi Solidworks 2022, menunjukkan displacement tertinggi 0,26619,2 mm dan stress maksimal 1165.213982547N/m2. Safety Factor berada dalam rentang aman 15 ul untuk Safety Factor maksimal, sedangkan untuk Safety Factor minimal yaitu pada 0.18 ul. Validasi oleh akademisi dan praktisi mengonfirmasi kualitas desain, namun menyarankan perawatan intensif dan penambahan peredam getaran untuk kinerja mesin yang optimal.
