Abstract

Persaingan bisnis dalam dunia kuliner besar-besaran mulai dari masakan sampai perang promosi agar menarik minat orang yang mengetahui serta upaya dalam membentuk dan mempertahankan customer loyalty. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari social media marketing, event marketing, dan celebrity endorsement terhadap customer loyalty Nongkaski cofffee & eatery Wates. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang pengunjung Nongkaski coffee & eatery Wates. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian adalah secara parsial social media marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty, sedangankan event marketing dan celebrity endorsement Secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty. Secara simultan social media marketing, event marketing, dan celebrity endorsment berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadadap customer loyalty sebesar 29,5%.
