Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik atlet tarung derajat Pusat Pelatihan Kota Kediri dalam Menghadapi Kejuaraan Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Jawa Timur Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik tes pengukuran. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet tarung derajat Pusat Pelatihan Kota Kediri dalam menghadapi Kejuaraan Pekan Olahraga Olahraga Provinsi tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 9 atlet, diambil menggunakan total population sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas kekuatan otot lengan (push-up 30 detik), power tungkai (vertical jump), kekuatan otot perut (sit-up 30 detik), dan kelincahan (shuttle-run). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, profil kondisi fisik atlet tarung derajat PUSLATKOT Kota Kediri Dalam menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) pada tahun 2023 masuk pada klasifikasi “sangat baik” sejumlah 0 atlet (0%), klasifikasi “baik” sejumlah 7 atlet (88%), klasifikasi “cukup” sejumlah 1 atlet (12%). Klasifikasi “kurang” sejumlah 0 atlet (0%). Klasifikasi “kurang sekali” sejumlah 0 atlet (0%).
