Abstract
Noviana Lindara : Pengaruh Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Dan Brand Trust Terhadap Brand Loyalty Konsumen Produk Hijab Segiempat Pada Pelanggan Toko Baju Muslim Istina Busana Nganjuk, Skripsi, Manajemen, FEB UNP Kediri 2023 Kata Kunci: Brand Image, Brand Awareness, Brand Trust, Brand Loyalty Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum diketahu pasti apakah konsumen produk hijab segiempat sudah memiliki loyalitas pada produk tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, brand awareness, dan brand trust secara parsial dan simultan terhadap brand loyalty konsumen produk hijab segiempat. Pendekatan yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif serta metode survey. Jumlah responden 40 pelanggan dengan Teknik sampel sampling incidental. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi pengolahan data SPSS versi 23. Jawaban penelitian adanya pengaruh positif pada variabel brand awareness dan ada pengaruh negatif pada variabel brand image dan brand trust. Diharapkan untuk selanjutnya produk hijab segiempat bisa lebih memperhatikan brand image, brand awareness, dan brand trust agar meningkatkan brand loyalty.
