      "abstract": "Rangka merupakan komponen utama yang berfungsi menopang seluruh bagian mesin sehingga harus memiliki kekuatan dan tingkat keamanan yang memadai selama proses operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan rangka mesin pembuat keju mozzarella kapasitas 25 kg\/jam menggunakan metode Finite Element Analysis (FEA) melalui perangkat lunak SolidWorks Simulation serta membandingkan performa material ASTM A36 dan ST 37. Analisis dilakukan \r\ndengan simulasi statik terhadap model rangka yang dibuat menggunakan profil besi UNP dan besi siku. Pembebanan diberikan sesuai berat komponen mesin, sedangkan penumpuan diterapkan pada bagian kaki rangka untuk merepresentasikan kondisi kerja sebenarnya. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi Von Mises Stress, Displacement, dan Safety Factor. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa material ASTM A36 menghasilkan nilai Von Mises Stress maksimum sebesar 13,23 MPa, Displacement maksimum sebesar 0,024 mm, dan Safety Factor minimum sebesar 19. Sementara itu, material ST 37 menghasilkan nilai Von Mises Stress maksimum sebesar 13,15 MPa, Displacement maksimum sebesar 0,023 mm, dan Safety Factor minimum sebesar 18. Nilai tegangan yang terjadi pada kedua material masih berada di bawah batas luluh (yield strength) masing-masing sehingga struktur rangka tetap berada pada daerah elastis dan dinyatakan aman terhadap pembebanan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kedua material layak digunakan sebagai material rangka mesin pembuat keju mozzarella kapasitas 25 kg\/jam, dengan material ASTM A36 memberikan tingkat keamanan yang sedikit lebih baik berdasarkan nilai Safety Factor yang lebih tinggi.",
