Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, good corporate governance, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2023–2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 24 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, (2) secara parsial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, (3) secara parsial likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, (4) good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, (5) secara parsial ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. (6) Secara simultan, profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, good corporate governance, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,491 menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan variasi kualitas laporan keuangan sebesar 49,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian.
