Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh live streaming, flash sale, dan tagline “gratis ongkir” secara parsial dan simultan terhadap pembelian impulsif pengguna Shopee di Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Shopee di wilayah Kecamatan Kepung Kabupaten Kediri yang pernah membeli produk di aplikasi Shopee, teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling, dan jumlah sampel ditentukan mengacu pada teori Hair sehingga ditentukan sejumlah 155 responden. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa live streaming dan flash sale berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif pengguna Shopee di Kediri, sedangkan tagline “Gratis Ongkir” berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif pengguna Shopee di Kediri. Secara simultan, live streaming, flash sale, dan tagline “gratis ongkir” berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pengguna Shopee di Kediri. Peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya mengkaji kembali pengaruh live streaming, flash sale dan tagline “gratis ongkir” terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif ini, karena masih terjadi inkonsistensi hasil di beberapa penelitian. Diperlukan juga memperluas variabel penelitian, karena penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel live streaming, flash sale dan tagline “gratis ongkir” dapat menjelaskan pembelian impulsif hanya sebesar 47,5%, sehingga masih terdapat 52,5% faktor lain yang dapat menjelaskan pembelian impulsif seperti EWOM, cashback, online customer review dan lain sebagainya.
