Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kekuatan otot lengan dan otot tungkai dalam menunjang performa renang gaya dada. Berbagai penelitian di Indonesia telah mengkaji kontribusi kekuatan otot terhadap kecepatan dan efisiensi renang gaya dada, namun temuan-temuan tersebut belum disintesis secara sistematis dalam satu kajian literatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan dan otot tungkai terhadap performa renang gaya dada di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur melalui penelaahan artikel ilmiah nasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan otot tungkai memiliki peran dominan dalam menghasilkan dorongan propulsif, sedangkan kekuatan otot lengan mendukung akselerasi dan kestabilan gerak, serta sinergi antara keduanya memberikan kontribusi optimal terhadap peningkatan performa renang gaya dada
