Abstract

Penggunaan kendaraan listrik di Indonesia terus meningkat sejalan dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 55 Tahun 2019, namun mayoritas sepeda listrik masih menggunakan baterai Sealed Lead Acid (SLA)48 Volt yang rentan mengalami overcharge akibat belum tersedianya sistem pemantauan otomatis, sehingga performa dan umur pakai baterai menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan antara lain: (1) mewujudkan sistem proteksi overcharge berbasis ESP32 yang memutus daya pengisian secara otomatis; (2) mengintegrasikan sensor arus ACS712; (3) pembagi tegangan, dan ADC eksternal ADS1115 untuk pembacaan yang akurat, menetapkan ambang batas pemutusan berdasarkan metode drop current; (4) serta mengembangkan sistem monitoring berbasis web secara real-time. Ambang batas pemutusan arus ditetapkan sebesar 0,70 Ampere melalui uji coba yang mengacu pada karakteristik charger acuan, dengan relay sebagai aktuator pemutus daya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem berhasil memutus aliran daya secara otomatis dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, rata-rata error pembacaan arus 1,18% (akurasi 98,82%), dan error pembacaan tegangan 0,19% (akurasi 99,81%). Antarmuka web berhasil menampilkan data tegangan, arus, dan status relay secara real-time, sehingga sistem terbukti mampu mencegah overcharge pada baterai SLA sepeda listrik secara otomatis dan andal.
