Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menjadikan ulasan pelanggan sebagai salah satu aspek penting dalam membentuk citra sebuah bisnis, seperti halnya barbershop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi sentimen pelanggan menjadi kategori positif dan negatif dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier. Metodologi yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan tahapan pengambilan data ulasan dari Google review, pra-pemrosesan teks, pelabelan data, pelatihan model, dan evaluasi hasil dengan mengukur akurasi, presisi, recall, serta F1-score. Pendekatan yang digunakan terbukti dapat dijadikan dasar dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan pelayanan dan kenyamanan pelanggan dalam jangka panjang.
