Abstract

Perubahan kebiasaan sehari-hari, terutama anak-anak yang semakin terlibat dengan gadget, menyebabkan penurunan aktivitas fisik. Generasi saat ini disebut "mager" (malas gerak) karena dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi, gaya hidup modern, tingkat kegiatan sekolah, pola makan tidak sehat, kurangnya taman, pendidikan fisik yang kurang efektif, peran orang tua, tekanan akademis, dan ketidakamanan lingkungan. Maka rumusan maslah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana analisa aktivitas fisik anak Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatam Mojoroto Kota Kediri Tahun 2023
