Abstract

Penelitian analisa kekuatan material ini menggunakan Stress Analysis pada rangka. Analisa ini bertujuan sebagai solusi yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa kekuatan rangka agar terhindar dari kegagalan kerja sehingga rangka tetap aman. Dalam penelitian simulasi dilakukan pada rangka dynotest berbasis momen inersia menggunakan Software Autodesk Inventor untuk mencari nilai Von Mises Stress, Displacement, dan Safety Factor. Penelitian ini menggunakan besi siku 50 x 50 dengan ketebalan 3 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm Pada hasil simulasi rangka Menggunakan Stress Analysis dengan pembebanan 250 kg atau 2500 N diperoleh maksimum Von Mises Stress pada besi siku 50 x 50 sebesar 280,918 Mpa, 506,251 Mpa, 180,159 Mpa. Nilai Displacement pada rangka bodi pada material besi siku 50 x 50 diperoleh nilai 1,67955 mm, 1,90043 mm, 1,08501 mm. Nilai Safety Factor pada rangka besi siku 50 x 50 diperoleh nilai minimum 0,73687, 0,408888, 1,14899 ul. berdasarkan simulasi Stress Analysis tersebut diambil kesimpulan bahwa besi siku 50 x 50 dengan tebal 6 mm lebih aman digunakan.
