Abstract

ABSTRAK Rafi Tegar Ferdiansyah: Rancang Bangun Mesin Pengaduk Sampah Organik Berkapasitas 50 Kilogram/Menit, Skripsi, Teknik Mesin, FT UNP Kediri,2023. Sampah organik merupakan jenis sampah yang mudah membusuk dan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Pengelolaannya mutlak diperlukan sehingga lingkungan menjadi bersih dan kesehatan masyarakat dapat dijaga. Tempat perancangan mesin pengaduk sampah organik dilaksanakan di laboratorium manufaktur Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri yang berada di jalan Ahmad Dahlan, No. 76, Mojoroto, Kec. Mojoroto, Kota Kediri, Jawa Timur. Hasil perancangan mesin pengaduk sampah organik berkapasitas 50kilogram/menit mendapatkan hasil rancangan mesin berdimensi 920mm x 770mm x 900mm dengan menggunakan plat besi ukuran 0,7mm dan spesifikasi hook mixer panjang poros 1100mm dengan diameter 40mm dan ketebalan hook mixer 5mm dan panjang 580mm lebar 25mm dengan menggunakan material plat strip. Berdasarkan hasil pengadukan yang maksimal terdapat pada pengujian ketiga yaitu mesin pengaduk mampu mengaduk sampah organik dengan kapasitas 48,5kg/menit.
